Sending a repair to us by courier
If you intend sending your repair to us via courier, you will require a repair ticket number (RA) which is obtained by clicking the “Book a Repair” link. Create a customer profile (if not done previously) and make a repair request. We will then email you an RA number (usually within 30 mins) with a form to print to send in with your job.

Bringing in a repair in person
If you are coming in person we still highly recommend that you click the “Book a Repair” link to create a customer profile and repair ticket before your intended visit. This will allow us to not only confirm that we will be able to help you but we will be able to communicate with you, if required, prior to your arrival. Additionally, your job will be already “booked in”, saving you precious time.
